Which of your products are gluten free?

Our products are created using gluten-free ingredients, however, they are made on equipment that also processes wheat. We take food allergies very seriously and have strict processes to clean and sanitize all equipment. Please refer to our allergen page for more detailed information.

Are your sauces vegan?

All of our sauces are vegan except our Ivory sauce that is mayonnaise-based and contains egg.

Do your sauces contain allergens?

Our Ivory Sauce contains egg. We take food allergies very seriously and have strict processes to clean and sanitize all equipment. However, some of the common 8 allergens are present in our facilities. Please refer to our allergen page for this detailed information.

Do you use preservatives or artificial sweeteners in your sauces?

Our products are free of artificial preservatives. The only exception is our Zero Sugar Carolina Barbeque Sauce which contains sucralose.

Do your products contain MSG?

None of our products contain MSG.

Which of your sauces could support my keto diet?

Ivory, ENC, and Zero Sugar Carolina, Hot Sauce and Hot Pepper Vinegar are all keto-friendly.

How long is the shelf-life for your sauces?

All of our sauces have a best buy date of a year and a half (547 days to be exact) except for Ivory that has a best buy date one year (365 days). All of our sauces have a high vinegar content, which is an all-natural preservative and are safe to consume after the best buy date. The flavors might not be as fresh as if consumed within the best buy date.

Should I refrigerate your sauces?

We recommend refrigerating our sauces after opening to preserve their freshness.

Will you ship your products to my country?

Our online store only ships out to states in the US, but our products can be found in stores internationally across Japan, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on consumable items. We will only grant refunds for items that were damaged/expired at time of delivery and have been purchased on LilliesQ.com. Please contact us if you received a damaged product that you purchased from LilliesQ.com. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, such as a grocery store or other online retailer, and your Lillie's Q product is damaged, all returns of that product must be made in compliance with said retailer's return policy.
